Refund Policy

At SL1 Travels, we believe in keeping things clear and fair. This refund policy explains when you may be able to get a refund for vehicle hire, hotel bookings, or activity reservations.

Vehicle Hire Bookings

  • If you cancel 7 days or more before the pickup,you will receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel within 7 days, the advance payment won’t be refunded.
  • If the full tour payment has already been made, we will refund the full amount excluding the advance payment.
  • If the vehicle is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances from our side, a full refund or suitable replacement will be provided.

Hotel Bookings

  • Refunds for hotel bookings depend on the hotel’s own cancellation policy, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

  • SL1 Travels will assist in obtaining a refund from the hotel if applicable but cannot guarantee refunds for non-refundable hotel rates.

  • No refunds for cancellations made after the hotel’s cancellation window has closed.

Activity Bookings

  • For activities like safaris or boat tours, if you decide not to use them, we will refund the amount paid.

  • Train tickets, entrance tickets, and special events are non-refundable, and this will be mentioned at the time of booking.

  • If you miss an activity due to late arrival or any other reason, and it was booked in advance, we will refund the activity fee where possible.

How to Request a Refund

  • Full name
  • Booking reference number
  • Service type (vehicle, hotel, or activity)
  • Reason for cancellation

Processing Time

  • Once a refund is approved, please allow 7–14 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method.
