How to Book Your Minibus
- Get in Touch with one of our Tour executive via chat /Email or WhatsApp.
- Get a quotation for your Tour according to your tour plan.
- Reserve the vehicle with an advance payment of 20 USD.
- The remaining payment can be made in Sri Lanka: 50% upon arrival and the final 50% during the middle of your tour. Payments can be made in cash, either in USD or LKR.
Terms & Conditions
- The daily rate of $80 applies only to rentals of 7 days or more. This rate is not applicable for hire periods shorter than 7 days.
- We calculate the total distance from Colombo Airport to Colombo Airport. Additional kilometers will be charged at 0.45 USD per km.
- We calculate the hire duration based on calendar days, not 24-hour periods.
- Rates are dynamic and subject to change based on availability, travel dates, and seasonal demand.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the vehicle hire start date will receive a full refund. For cancellations within 48 hours of the start date, the 20 USD advance payment is non-refundable, but any remaining balance will be refunded.”
